National Barbie Doll Collectors Convention Souvenir Doll designed by Bill Greening features the timeless 1959 black and white swimsuit Barbie reproduced with a Silkstone body. She wears her chevron-striped, vintage-cut one-piece, signature brunette ponytail with curly bangs and features the original #1 Barbie face sculpt with white eyes and crimson lips. Accessories include black, high-heel open-toe shoes, gold earrings, white cat-eye sunglasses and wrist tag. A 2-prong doll stand and Certificate of Authenticity are also included. While not labeled as Platinum on the box, this platinum-level doll is number 556 of 2000 and was sent to the registered conventioneers as the in-person convention planned for Las Vegas, NV had to be cancelled due to the pandemic.

The box is in excellent condition with minimal wear. She has never been displayed and has been stored in a smoke-free home. I used to have a non-shedding miniature schnauzer prior to 2017, but my doll room was pet-free. My apologies to my international customers. And international government regulations prohibit such fraudulent behavior.
